Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, direct patient care to assigned residents
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Assess patient status and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team
• Document care clearly in the medical record and maintain accurate charts
• Support patient comfort and dignity through thoughtful bedside care
• Collaborate with nursing staff and leadership to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in North Carolina or eligibility to obtain NC licensure
• Valid BLS/CPR certification or the ability to obtain prior to start
• Ability to work a 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM day shift and meet the physical demands of nursing
• Willingness to complete facility onboarding, background check and drug screen

Education

• Practical Nursing diploma or certificate with active LPN licensure

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong medication administration skills and attention to detail
• Patient assessment and basic nursing procedures
• Comfortable with charting and electronic medical record systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
