Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct care to residents in an assisted living setting
• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing and mobility
• Monitor and document residents' condition and report changes to the care team
• Support mealtime and hydration needs while ensuring dignity and respect
• Participate in care team communication to deliver coordinated, person-centered care
• Promote a safe, clean environment and follow infection control policies

Qualifications

• Current LNA/Licensed Nursing Assistant certification (NH and/or VT as applicable)
• T-LNA certification if required by the facility
• Minimum competency in resident care and basic nursing tasks
• Current CPR/BLS preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Ability to pass required background check and health screenings
• Reliable transportation and readiness to start the travel assignment

Education

• High school diploma or GED required; completion of an approved LNA program

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong person-centered care approach and excellent bedside manner
• Basic clinical skills: vital signs, ADL assistance, documentation
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy assisted living environment
• Basic familiarity with electronic charting or willingness to learn
