Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, supporting dignity and comfort
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting and mobility
- Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to the nursing team
- Document care and observations clearly in the resident record
- Support safe transfers and use proper body mechanics to protect residents and yourself
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver resident-centered care
- Follow infection control and facility safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification; LNA or equivalent required
- Eligible for or holding state certification for New Hampshire (and Vermont if applicable)
- Comfortable working the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift and every other weekend as required
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an approved nursing assistant training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Proven resident care skills including ADLs and mobility assistance
- Ability to take and accurately record vital signs
- Basic charting and documentation skills
- Infection control best practices
- Good time management and the ability to prioritize during busy shifts
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with residents and families
