Shift Type: Rotating nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Night shift), schedule varies with every other weekend required
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Perform routine assessments and monitor resident condition changes
- Document care thoroughly in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
- Assist with activities of daily living and promote resident dignity
- Support admissions, discharges and smooth transitions of care
- Follow infection control best practices and facility policies
Qualifications
- Current LPN license (valid in New Hampshire or multistate licensure as applicable)
- Recent hands-on LPN experience; long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work rotating nights and every other weekend
Education
- Practical Nursing diploma or certificate (LPN program)
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and basic nursing procedures
- Vital signs monitoring and resident assessment
- Accurate clinical documentation and charting
- Knowledge of infection prevention and safety protocols
- Good time management and prioritization on busy shifts
- Effective communication with residents, families and care teams
