Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on manual therapy and interventions to improve mobility and function
• Assess gait, balance, and transfers and train patients to maximize independence
• Document patient care accurately and report billing information to the director
• Supervise and collaborate with support personnel to ensure high-quality care
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to patient-centered goals
• Provide education to patients and families about therapy goals and home programs
• Present and develop in-service trainings to support facility staff development

Qualifications

• Current Florida physical therapy license required
• Certification with the American Physical Therapy Association required
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required
• Ability to perform safe patient transfers and lift/control up to 50 pounds
• Experience with Medicare and private insurance documentation and billing
• Comfort supervising support personnel and working in a rehab environment

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
