Shift Type: Monday-Friday nights, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM NOC (2-week repeating schedule of weekday nights; no block scheduling; no call; holidays off)

Candidate Pay Rate: $41 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert, compassionate care to Level 1 trauma and craniotomy patients during the night shift
- Perform thorough assessments and implement critical interventions for trauma admissions
- Maintain accurate, timely patient demographic documentation in HWL, including required profile items
- Demonstrate proficiency on the skills checklist and apply specialty craniotomy care standards
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate complex care and smooth transitions
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and team members during high-acuity situations
- Ensure compliance with all unit protocols, charting standards, and patient safety initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of documented Level 1 trauma experience (must be listed in work history as Level 1 trauma)
- Demonstrated strong rating on skills checklist, including experience caring for craniotomy patients
- Night-shift clinical experience is required
- Ability and willingness to load required demographic information into HWL profile, including full SSN and badge photo
- Current, active licensure and certifications as required by facility (ensure credentialing documentation is ready)
