Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents as a Licensed Nursing Assistant
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, mobility, and feeding
• Monitor and report resident conditions promptly to nursing staff
• Follow care plans and document accurately to ensure continuity of care
• Support a positive, safe environment that promotes dignity and comfort
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to enhance resident outcomes

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential — T-LNA included
• Eligible and willing to work travel/contract assignments in the VT/NH region
• Comfortable working the listed schedule (Sun, Mon, Tue, Sat)
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Reliable, professional, and resident-focused

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a state-approved LNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in basic resident care, transfers, and mobility assistance
• Accurate documentation and charting of care provided
• Infection control and safe hygiene practices
• Ability to observe and report changes in resident condition
• Friendly, patient-centered communication with residents and families
• Time management and teamwork in a fast-paced care environment
