Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on direct care to residents as a Licensed Nursing Assistant
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Take and record vital signs accurately and communicate changes to nursing staff
• Support safe mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and equipment
• Document resident care and observations clearly and promptly
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote resident comfort and dignity

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential — applicable for VT/NH travel assignment
• Available for a 14-week travel assignment (2025-12-08 to 2026-03-09)
• Must be able to work both weekends as required by the assignment
• Must have own housing and own transportation (facility requirement)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to resident-centered care

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on patient care and ADL assistance
• Accurate vital signs measurement and documentation
• Basic infection control practices and safety procedures
• Clear verbal and written communication with residents and care team
• Ability to follow care plans and report resident changes promptly
