Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily center operations to ensure smooth, patient-centered care
- Lead, mentor, and schedule staff to maintain high morale and performance
- Manage administrative tasks including billing oversight and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate admissions and patient flow to optimize capacity and experience
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and accurate reporting to leadership
- Serve as the onsite liaison between the facility, UnitedHealthcare partners, and vendors
- Monitor budgets and resource utilization to support operational goals
- Ensure a safe, welcoming environment for patients, families, and staff
Qualifications
- Previous healthcare administration or management experience preferred
- Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
- Proven leadership and staff supervision experience
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance best practices
- Comfortable with basic financial/operational reporting and budgeting
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to pass background checks and meet facility credentialing requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Associate degree or equivalent experience considered
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of healthcare operations and facility administration
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and common office software
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and maintain compliance
- Excellent interpersonal skills for staff and patient interactions
- Basic financial literacy for budget and billing oversight
