Shift Type: Rotating weekly pattern with evening and occasional day coverage. Example pattern: Week 1 — Tuesday, 7:00 AM - 11:30 PM; Wednesday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM. Primary recurring shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM. Shift type: day and night (rotating)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately following facility protocols
- Monitor patient status and document clinical changes clearly and promptly
- Collaborate with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to support care plans
- Support patient comfort and education, helping patients and families understand care steps
- Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge processes to ensure smooth transitions
Qualifications
- Active LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license required; must be eligible to practice in New Hampshire
- Minimum clinical experience as an LPN preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification required or obtained upon hire
- Ability to work scheduled shifts including evenings and occasional early-day coverage
- Good communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
Education
- Completion of an accredited LPN/Licensed Practical Nurse program or equivalent vocational nursing training
Knowledge & Skills
- Fundamental nursing assessment and intervention skills
- Medication administration and basic IV/line care knowledge
- Familiarity with electronic health records and clear charting
- Strong patient advocacy and relationship-building skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
