Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents as a Licensed Nursing Assistant
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team promptly
• Perform accurate documentation of care and follow facility procedures
• Support safe transfers and use of assistive devices to reduce risk of falls
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver person-centered care
• Maintain infection control and safety standards for residents and staff

Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential (applicable for NH/VT assignments)
• Current basic life support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or able to obtain
• Ability to work the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift and meet a 11-week travel commitment
• Comfortable with hands-on resident care and working as part of a team
• Ability to pass background check and required health screenings

Education

• High school diploma or GED and completion of an approved LNA program

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in personal care and support for elderly residents
• Solid documentation and charting practices
• Good communication and teamwork with nursing staff and families
• Knowledge of infection control and resident safety protocols
• Ability to follow care plans and implement assigned tasks reliably
