Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care to residents, ensuring comfort and dignity
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document per facility policy
• Perform routine assessments and communicate changes in condition promptly
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and follow individualized care plans
• Support safe transitions of care and assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and charting

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license (LPN) or Travel Registered Nurse (RN) classification as indicated
• Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
• Current, valid nursing license in the state where assignment is located or appropriate travel credentials
• Professional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

• Strong clinical assessment and patient observation skills
• Medication administration and safe documentation practices
• Patient-centered care and compassionate bedside manner
• Effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Basic clinical procedures and infection control practices
