Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor and document patient vitals, condition changes, and responses to care
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the care team to coordinate effective care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and charting
- Adhere to infection control policies and facility safety procedures
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and follow-up needs
Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Mexico required
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or required per facility policy
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner
- Ability to work the assigned weekend schedule: Sun, Fri, Sat
Education
- Graduate of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program or equivalent diploma
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
- Knowledgeable in wound care, ADL assistance, and patient safety practices
- Proficient with electronic charting and clinical documentation
- Ability to assess patient needs and escalate changes to the care team
- Time management and teamwork in a fast-paced care setting
