Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in the assigned unit
• Perform thorough assessments and develop timely care plans that make a measurable difference
• Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate seamless patient care
• Document patient status and interventions clearly and promptly in the medical record
• Educate patients and families to support recovery and safe transitions home

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — Delaware licensure strongly preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred where applicable
• Ability to start ASAP and commit to the local assignment (local candidates only)
• Comfortable working 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM shifts and delivering high-quality patient care
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively on a team

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Current RN license required

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills
• Medication administration and documentation accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy care environment
• Comfortable with electronic medical records and clear clinical charting
• Team collaboration and effective communication with patients and families
