Shift Type: Rotating nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; schedule includes every other weekend and some holidays (12-hour night shifts)
Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care during 12-hour night shifts as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Administer medications, monitor patients, and document care accurately and timely
- Use your PCC experience to coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with the care team
- Perform assessments, support admissions and discharges, and escalate changes in condition
- Contribute to a positive patient experience by educating and supporting patients and families
- Participate reliably in weekend and holiday coverage to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- Current LPN license (must be eligible to practice in Vermont)
- PCC experience required — this is a must-have for the role
- Comfortable working night shifts and committing to a 13-week travel assignment
- Demonstrated ability to work weekends and some holidays as required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced clinical environment
Education
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (LPN) or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid medication administration and patient assessment skills
- Familiarity with wound care, infection control, and basic nursing procedures
- Comfortable with documentation and electronic medical records
- Care coordination skills aligned with PCC expectations
- Time management, prioritization, and clear communication with interdisciplinary teams
