Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM; includes every other weekend and some holidays
Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Perform timely and thorough patient assessments and document findings
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and follow individualized care plans
- Support admissions, discharges, and transitions to ensure continuity of care
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, regulatory standards, and quality initiatives
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (eligible to practice in Vermont preferred)
- PCC experience is required (must have prior PCC experience)
- Comfortable working rotating 12-hour day shifts and covering every other weekend and some holidays
- Strong clinical judgment, dependable attendance, and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to complete facility onboarding in a timely manner for a 13-week travel assignment
Education
- LPN / Vocational Nursing diploma or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on experience with basic nursing assessments and care planning
- Medication administration and accurate documentation
- Familiarity with point-of-care charting and electronic health records
- Good communication skills with patients, families, and clinical teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Teamwork and adaptability in rotating schedules
