Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
• Perform vital signs, basic clinical observations, and timely documentation
• Support mobility, hygiene, feeding, and comfort while preserving resident dignity
• Communicate changes in resident condition to the nursing team promptly
• Follow infection control and safety protocols to maintain a healthy facility
• Contribute to a positive, person-centered environment that improves quality of life

Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification for NH or VT required
• Willing and able to work the alternating weekly schedule including every other weekend
• Local to the Franklin, NH area (LOCAL ONLY requirement)
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent; LNA certification (required)

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient care fundamentals and resident-centered care practices
• Comfortable with documentation and basic charting
• Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
• Understanding of infection control and safety procedures
• Time management and prioritization during busy shifts
• Collaborative communication with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team
