Shift Type: Night shift, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (specific days scheduled as assigned; every other weekend required)
Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living to residents
- Assist nursing team with bathing, dressing, feeding, and safe transfers
- Take and record vital signs and observe residents for changes in condition
- Document care accurately and communicate changes to nurses and care team members
- Support rehabilitation activities under the direction of licensed staff to promote recovery
- Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents and visitors
- Build trusting relationships with residents and their families through reliable, kind care
Qualifications
- Current LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification for Vermont or eligible for Vermont reciprocity
- Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant program
- Local candidate with reliable transportation (LOCAL ONLY requirement)
- Willingness to work night shift hours and every other weekend as required
- Clear background and health screenings as required by the facility
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Completion of an approved nursing assistant training program and current LNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Comfortable with resident care tasks: ADLs, transfers, feeding, and hygiene assistance
- Basic vital sign measurement and documentation skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with clinical staff
- Ability to follow care plans, safety protocols, and infection control practices
- Compassion, patience, and a resident-centered approach to care
