Shift Type: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (day) — includes every other weekend
Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility to promote dignity and comfort
- Take and record vital signs, report changes promptly to nursing staff, and contribute to accurate resident charts
- Support safe transfers and fall prevention efforts with attentive, hands-on care
- Provide compassionate companionship and individualized attention to residents
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with the care team and families to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification for New Hampshire or Vermont as applicable
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate, person-centered care
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
- Ability to work the scheduled evenings and alternate weekend rotation
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an approved LNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills for working with residents and the care team
- Knowledge of basic patient care procedures and infection control
- Comfortable with documentation and communicating clinical observations
- Good time management and ability to prioritize resident needs
- Basic mobility and safe transfer techniques
