Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality direct care to residents as a Licensed Nursing Assistant
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding) with dignity and respect
• Accurately document resident care and report changes in condition to the nursing team
• Follow facility policies for safety, infection control, and resident confidentiality
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver coordinated care
• Support a positive resident experience by fostering respectful, person-centered interactions
• Fulfill every-other-weekend coverage as part of the team schedule

Qualifications

• Active LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification valid for the region
• Local candidate required — must have reliable personal transportation
• Willingness to work the 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM shift and commit to every-other-weekend coverage
• Ability to pass facility onboarding and background checks

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent; LNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on resident care and ADL assistance
• Clear, timely documentation and communication with clinical team
• Basic infection control and patient safety practices
• Teamwork, reliability, and strong attention to detail
• Comfort working in a long-term care / skilled nursing environment
