Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents with dignity and respect
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Take and record vital signs, reporting changes promptly to nursing staff
- Support safe transfers and use of assistive devices to reduce fall risk
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with the care team
- Contribute to a positive resident experience by building rapport and responding to needs
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification — NH or VT licensure as applicable
- Completion of an approved LNA training program
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Ability to pass background checks and required facility screenings
- Dependable, compassionate, and a team player with good communication skills
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an approved LNA program
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic patient care and infection control practices
- Ability to take and accurately record vital signs
- Familiarity with safe resident handling and transfer techniques
- Strong observational skills to recognize changes in condition
- Good interpersonal skills for working with residents and interdisciplinary teams
- Time management and documentation skills to keep care organized
