Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, competent nursing care to assigned patients as an LPN
- Administer medications and treatments per orders and facility protocols
- Document patient status, interventions and responses accurately and timely
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members to support patient care plans
- Monitor patients for changes and report concerns to the appropriate clinical lead
- Support a safe, clean environment and participate in shift handoffs effectively
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Local candidates only; must have reliable personal transportation
- Willingness to work both weekends as scheduled
- Must secure own housing for the assignment (local-only requirement)
- Ability to work the 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM evening shift as scheduled
- Professional attitude, strong communication skills, and teamwork mindset
- No overtime available for this assignment
Education
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; active LPN license required
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid clinical assessment and basic patient care skills
- Safe medication administration and basic IV/medication knowledge where applicable
- Accurate charting and familiarity with electronic or paper documentation
- Good communication with patients, families, and the care team
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively on shift
