Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct resident care and assist with activities of daily living
• Perform routine clinical tasks under supervision while following facility protocols
• Accurately document resident condition, care given, and any changes
• Communicate clearly with nursing staff, leadership, and family members to support care plans
• Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies to protect residents and teammates
• Support a positive, resident-centered environment and help maintain dignity and comfort

Qualifications

• Current LNA / Licensed Nursing Assistant credential (VT or NH acceptable per job title)
• Travel LNA (T-LNA) experience is a plus and welcomed
• Must have reliable personal transportation
• Must be able to provide your own housing for the assignment
• Willingness to work both weekends as required by the schedule
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and meet facility immunization requirements

Education

• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant / LNA training program; high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong basic patient care skills and comfort assisting with ADLs
• Clear verbal and written communication for documentation and handoffs
• Time management and ability to prioritize during a busy evening shift
• Team-oriented mindset and readiness to collaborate with nurses and support staff
• Basic understanding of infection control and safety best practices
