Shift Type: Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM; Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM — 12.5-hour day shifts on a rotating schedule
Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to assigned patients
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
- Perform patient assessments and report changes to the care team
- Document care and interventions clearly and timely in the patient record
- Collaborate with RN and interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
- Support patient and family education with clear, respectful communication
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire (required)
- Valid BLS/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Comfortable working 12+ hour day shifts on a rotating schedule
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; patient-focused attitude
- Recent clinical experience preferred but new grads from an accredited LPN program are encouraged to apply
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program
- High school diploma or GED
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and basic clinical procedures
- Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
- Accurate charting and documentation practices
- Infection control and safe patient handling techniques
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced care setting
- Professional bedside manner and effective teamwork
