Shift Type: Rotating schedule including weekdays and both weekends, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Day shift)
Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
- Support mobility, feeding, grooming, and toileting while preserving patient dignity
- Accurately document care, observations, and any changes in patient condition
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with nurses, therapists, patients, and families
- Follow infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies to protect patients
- Participate in shift handoffs to ensure continuity of excellent care
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification required
- Must be local and able to provide your own housing and reliable transportation
- Availability to work both weekends as required by the schedule
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-centered attitude
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an approved LNA program
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on patient care and ADL assistance
- Basic clinical observation and timely documentation
- Infection prevention and safe patient handling
- Team collaboration and effective communication
- Time management and ability to prioritize patient needs during shift
