Shift Type: Variable schedule, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening shift); days vary, includes every other weekend and some holidays
Hours per Week: 37
Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, direct resident care with respect and dignity
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Take and record vital signs accurately and report any changes promptly
- Perform safe transfers and mobility assistance following facility protocols
- Document care clearly and timely in the resident chart or EHR
- Support infection control practices and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Collaborate with nurses and the care team to deliver individualized care plans
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential; LNA valid for New Hampshire or ability to obtain state authorization
- T-LNA or travel LNA experience is a plus
- Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain prior to start
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Comfort working evenings, every other weekend, and occasional holidays
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of resident care standards and ADL assistance
- Ability to take and document vital signs and basic observations
- Familiarity with infection control and safe patient handling
- Comfortable using electronic documentation systems or paper charts
- Teamwork, time management, and effective communication with residents and staff
