Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and perform thorough nursing assessments
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely and accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patients closely, recognize changes in condition, and escalate concerns promptly
• Document clinical care and patient information clearly and timely in the health record
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans to support recovery
• Participate in competency testing and skills checklists to maintain clinical excellence

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license (ability to verify) — state licensure required
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• TNCC and NIHSS certifications required or ability to obtain prior to start
• Ability to pass Trinity Specialty Competency Testing and Trinity Skills Checklist
• Must be able to pass Fit Test, Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen, and required immunizations (Tdap, COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, PPD/IGRA)
• Willingness to complete required health documentation and physical/health statement

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficient medication administration and IV therapy skills
• Accurate EMR documentation and time management
• Effective communication and teamwork in fast-paced settings
• Ability to follow protocols, safety standards, and specialty-specific competencies
• Patient education and family-centered care approach
