Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (Day) with scheduled call/standby rotation and occasional weekend/holiday coverage
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate GE 3T and GE 1.5T MRI scanners to perform high-quality diagnostic imaging
- Position and prepare patients safely and compassionately for MRI exams
- Follow MRI safety protocols, including screening and radiation badge procedures
- Document imaging and patient care accurately in EPIC and McKesson PACS
- Collaborate with radiologists, technologists and clinical teams to deliver excellent care
- Assist and float to CT, X-ray, OR or Endoscopy areas as needed to support patient flow
- Respond to on-call requests and provide timely imaging services when needed
- Maintain equipment, supplies and a clean, organized imaging environment
Qualifications
- ARRT (MR) certification (Certified MRI Technologist required)
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of MRI technologist experience
- Valid driver’s license at time of submittal (used to confirm 50-mile radius eligibility)
- Ability to float to CT and X-ray and willingness to learn additional modalities
- Not currently full-time, part-time, or PRN with any CommonSpirit-associated facility (including CHI/Dignity) per radius rule
- Willingness to comply with required time-off (RTO) upfront for the contract
Education
- Completion of an accredited MRI technologist program or equivalent clinical training
- High school diploma or GED required
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency with EPIC charting and McKesson PACS workflows
- Hands-on experience with GE 3T and GE 1.5T MRI scanners
- Strong patient communication, positioning and safety skills
- Familiarity with X-ray and CT imaging is a plus
- Ability to handle varied case types and work in a fast-paced acute care setting
- Comfort responding to call and providing flexible coverage
