Shift Type: Rotating nights and weekends, 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; weekend rotation every other to every third weekend; holiday rotation required (Night shift)
Hours per Week: 48
Candidate Pay Rate: $71 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality CT exams including CTA, coronary CTAs, stroke imaging, and interventional/biopsy imaging
- Operate Siemens 64- and 40-slice CT scanners and fluoro-capable equipment safely and efficiently
- Start IVs and manage patient IV access when required, with a willingness to learn if not yet proficient
- Accurately document procedures and findings in EPIC and manage imaging in PACS
- Collaborate with radiologists and team members to prioritize emergent studies and deliver timely results
- Ensure patient safety, radiation protection, and infection control standards are followed on every exam
- Float to other radiology areas or assist with patient transport as needed to support smooth department operations
- Contribute to a positive work environment by taking initiative, communicating clearly, and helping teammates
Qualifications
- Current BLS certification (required)
- ARRT (CT) certification - Certified CT Technologist (required)
- North Dakota state radiologic technologist license (required)
- Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience
- Experience or comfort with CTA, stroke imaging, biopsies/drains and interventional radiology is preferred
- Familiarity with EPIC and PACS charting/workflow
- Willingness to perform or learn IV starts and to float to other areas in radiology when certified
Education
- Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program or equivalent (preferred)
- ARRT (CT) certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Proven ability to perform CTA, stroke imaging, coronary CTAs, and CT-guided biopsies
- Hands-on experience with Siemens CT scanners (64-slice and 40-slice with fluoro)
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic charting and PACS image management
- Strong patient care skills, IV start technique, and ability to manage emergent cases
- Solid understanding of radiation safety, aseptic technique for interventional procedures, and imaging protocols
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and ability to work independently on night shifts
