Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Day); 1 weekend shift per month; flexible hours may include early/late shifts, overtime, holidays and floating to other areas
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess, evaluate and treat patients with neuromuscular and orthopedic conditions using evidence-based interventions
- Develop and implement individualized therapeutic exercise and strengthening programs
- Provide manual therapy, modalities and aquatic therapy as clinically indicated
- Deliver neuromuscular re-education and ADL retraining to promote independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on home safety, adaptive equipment and recovery strategies
- Document patient care thoroughly and accurately in the electronic medical record (EPIC)
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and program development
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC) required
- Dry Needling Certification only required if you will perform dry needling
- Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred (outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab)
- Prior EMR experience preferred; EPIC experience a plus
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to be within a 60-mile radius as required for onboarding
Knowledge & Skills
- Manual therapy and soft tissue techniques
- Neuromuscular re-education and therapeutic exercise prescription
- ADL retraining and patient-centered education
- Experience with modalities and aquatic therapy
- Strong documentation skills and comfort with EPIC/EMR systems
- Ability to adapt to flexible schedules and float across clinical areas
