Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Assist residents with safe transfers, mobility, and ambulation
- Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
- Document resident care accurately and communicate effectively with the care team
- Support resident dignity and independence through respectful, person-centered care
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain (confirm with recruiter)
- Ability to pass required background checks and immunization/TB screening per facility policy
- Strong communication skills and a caring attitude
Knowledge & Skills
- Comfortable assisting with ADLs, transfers, and mobility support
- Basic vital sign measurement and observation skills
- Good infection control and hygiene practices
- Teamwork, reliable time management, and clear communication
- Able to follow care plans and charting procedures
