Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients on your shift
• Assess patient conditions, monitor vitals, and respond to changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document care thoroughly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and follow care plans
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans
• Advocate for patient safety and continuous improvement in clinical practice

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania (compact license holders may be considered)
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred where applicable
• Previous acute care or med-surg experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Ability to pass facility onboarding and required health screenings

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid assessment and clinical judgment skills for adult patient populations
• Medication administration and documentation best practices
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Customer-service mindset when interacting with patients and families
