Shift Type: Nights (specific days not provided), 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care and assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility)
- Monitor resident condition and report changes to the nursing team promptly
- Perform safe and respectful patient transfers and mobility assistance
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and observations
- Support a clean, safe environment by following infection control and safety protocols
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver person-centered care
- Build trusting relationships with residents and their families through clear, caring communication
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant) — required
- Active certification in the state of Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain state certification
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Comfortable working night shift hours and providing hands-on resident care
- Compassionate, reliable, and able to work well in a team-focused environment
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Completion of an accredited CNA training program and certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in basic patient care and ADLs with attention to dignity and comfort
- Familiarity with documentation and charting best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents and team members
- Knowledge of infection prevention and standard safety procedures
- Ability to follow care plans and escalate clinical concerns appropriately
