Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents to maintain dignity and comfort
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and document resident condition and report changes to nursing staff promptly
- Support safe transfers and positioning to promote resident mobility and prevent injury
- Collaborate with the nursing team to carry out individualized care plans
- Build trusting relationships with residents and families through respectful communication
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Previous experience as a CNA preferred but new grads with strong caregiving skills are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred; completion of an approved CNA training program required
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic patient care and infection control best practices
- Strong observational skills to notice and report changes in resident condition
- Ability to perform safe resident transfers and use assistive devices
- Compassionate bedside manner and respectful interpersonal skills
- Basic charting and documentation skills
