Shift Type: Monday-Friday with rotating weekends (every 4th weekend on-call Sunday), 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Day rotating 12-hour shift
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality MRI scans using Siemens Aera 1.5T to produce clear diagnostic images
- Prepare and screen patients thoroughly to ensure safety and excellent patient experience
- Execute Breast BX and other specialized procedures with precision and care
- Document exams and findings accurately in Allscripts and related systems
- Collaborate with radiologists, techs and support staff to coordinate patient flow and scheduling
- Maintain equipment readiness and follow unit-specific policies to support consistent operations
- Adhere to MRI safety protocols and BLS procedures to protect patients and team members
Qualifications
- ARRT or ARMRIT certification in MRI (required)
- Current State MRI technologist license (NH) or ability to obtain prior to start
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification
- Minimum 2 years of MRI technologist experience (per job posting)
- Hands-on experience with Siemens Aera 1.5T and Breast BX procedures
- Comfortable using Allscripts or similar documentation systems and scheduling workflows
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong MRI scanning fundamentals and patient screening best practices
- Experience with MSK MRI, Body MRI and MR Angiography protocols
- Familiarity with breast MRI and Breast BX workflow
- Proficient documentation skills in Allscripts or comparable EMR systems
- Ability to prioritize cases, manage scheduling and maintain timely patient throughput
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for a busy imaging department
