Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 12:30 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening), 10-hour shifts, 40 hours/week, minimal call; weekends/holidays per contract

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality CT imaging for inpatient, outpatient and emergent/trauma patients using GE CT scanners
- Operate and troubleshoot CT equipment while following radiation safety protocols
- Collaborate with radiologists and the care team to support timely diagnostic decisions in a Level II trauma environment
- Document procedures and patient information accurately in Epic and McKesson
- Prepare patients for scans, ensure comfort and safety, and assist with procedures as needed
- Maintain imaging records, assist with QA tasks, and follow facility-specific protocols
- Serve as a patient advocate during imaging, prioritizing clear communication and compassionate care
Qualifications
- ARRT certification required
- ARRT-CT preferred (strong plus)
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of CT or related radiology experience, with experience working trauma patients preferred
- Comfortable working evenings and in a Level II trauma setting
- Experience with Epic and McKesson charting systems beneficial
- Ability to perform or assist with IV starts preferred but not required
- Radiation badge required (traveler is responsible for obtaining)
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in CT imaging protocols and patient positioning
- Hands-on experience with GE CT scanners (department uses 4 GE units)
- Familiarity with PACS workflows and image archiving
- Proficiency documenting in Epic and navigating McKesson systems
- Strong trauma imaging knowledge and ability to work in emergent situations
- Good communication skills for interacting with patients and multidisciplinary teams
- Attention to radiation safety and QA processes
