Shift Type: Days: To be confirmed; 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening shift, day)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents, promoting dignity and comfort
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
- Monitor and document resident status, reporting changes to the nursing team
- Support safe mobility and transfers while using proper body mechanics
- Communicate clearly and kindly with residents, families, and team members
- Participate in care team meetings and contribute to person-centered care plans
Qualifications
- GNA certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in geriatric care or long-term care is a plus
- Current basic skills in resident care, safe transfer techniques, and documentation
- Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary care team
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; GNA certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of geriatric care principles and resident rights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and accurately document observations
- Basic infection control and safety practices
- Compassion, patience, and a calm approach to care
