Shift Type: Evening shift, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Shift 2). Specific days of week to be confirmed with scheduler.

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
- Support patients with bathing, grooming, dressing and mobility needs
- Monitor residents closely and report any changes in condition to the nursing team
- Document care and observations accurately and promptly in the patient record
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver consistent care
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection control practices
- Promote resident dignity and independence while delivering person-centered care
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
- Active Delaware business license required to staff in Delaware
- Must have an active account with the Department of Health Services (DHS) as noted by the facility
- Ability to pass facility onboarding requirements (background check and screenings as applicable)
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an approved CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of basic nursing care and vital sign monitoring
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with residents and team members
- Good time management and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy setting
- Reliable documentation habits and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented, patient-focused environment
