Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
• Monitor patient conditions, report changes, and collaborate with the care team
• Assist with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence
• Support care plan development and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Active LPN or T-LPN license (as applicable) — required
• Current license valid for practice or ability to obtain licensure in New Hampshire
• Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts in a long-term care setting
• Professional attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first approach
• Willingness to commit to the 14-week travel assignment

Education

• Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) program

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong fundamentals in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
• Skilled in resident assessment and recognizing changes in condition
• Clear, accurate clinical documentation and handoff communication
• Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Compassionate bedside manner and person-centered care
