Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating schedule (day and night). Typical day shift 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM; night shifts are also assigned. Weekends and on-call coverage are variable.
Hours per Week: 38
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality CT imaging for emergency department, inpatient, and outpatient patients using fixed CT equipment
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care with 1:1 patient ratios when required
- Operate CT scanners and optimize image quality while following radiation safety protocols
- Document exams and patient information accurately in Meditech (EMR)
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the trauma team to support timely diagnosis and treatment
- Maintain equipment cleanliness, follow unit guidelines and adhere to department dress code (green scrubs)
- Be flexible to cover variable weekend and on-call shifts as the unit requires
Qualifications
- ARRT (R) or ARRT (CT) required — candidates without these credentials will not be considered
- Minimum 1 year of CT imaging experience
- Experience in a trauma facility or Trauma Level II experience is a strong plus
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR preferred
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work both day and night shifts
Knowledge & Skills
- CT imaging techniques and protocols for ED, inpatient, and outpatient exams
- Strong patient care skills and bedside manner
- Experience with Meditech (EMR) and accurate documentation practices
- Ability to operate and trouble-shoot fixed CT equipment
- Comfort working in a trauma/fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
