Shift Type: Schedule varies, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (night shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming to promote dignity and comfort
- Support safe mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team for timely care
- Help with meal assistance and feeding while honoring resident preferences and dietary needs
- Document care provided accurately and promptly to support continuity of care
- Build meaningful, compassionate relationships with residents and families to enhance quality of life
Qualifications
- Active GNA certification (Geriatric Nursing Assistant) or equivalent credential
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Comfort working independently during night shifts and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Background check and any state-required clearances completed prior to start
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- GNA certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong resident-centered care skills with a focus on geriatrics
- Basic understanding of infection prevention and control practices
- Good observation and communication skills for reporting changes
- Ability to safely assist with mobility and transfers
- Familiarity with charting and basic electronic documentation or willingness to learn
- Reliable time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs during shifts
