Shift Type: Days vary (confirm with recruiter), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Evening shift
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting with dignity and respect
- Provide safe transfer and mobility support, using proper body mechanics and equipment
- Monitor and record resident vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff promptly
- Support a clean, safe environment by following infection control and safety protocols
- Document care accurately and timely, contributing to clear communication across the care team
- Build trusting relationships with residents and families, offering compassionate emotional support
- Participate in care planning and shift handoffs to ensure continuity of high-quality care
Qualifications
- Current GNA certification (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent recommended
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or obtained upon hire
- Demonstrated ability to assist with ADLs and safe resident handling
- Clear background check and up-to-date immunizations as required by facility
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- GNA certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic resident care and geriatric needs
- Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
- Familiarity with infection control practices and safety procedures
- Competence in safe transfer and mobility techniques
- Good documentation and basic charting skills
- Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
