Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Day shift
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents, supporting dignity and comfort
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Measure and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
- Support safe mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate with the care team
- Build trusting relationships with residents and families through respectful interaction
Qualifications
- Current GNA certification (required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
- Demonstrated experience working with older adults or in long-term care is a plus
- Comfortable with patient transfers and basic mobility assistance
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- GNA certification (required)
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of geriatric care principles and dignity-centered care
- Skill in taking and documenting vital signs and basic clinical observations
- Infection control practices and safe hygiene techniques
- Strong communication and teamwork to coordinate resident care
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle changing resident needs
