Location: Wyncote, Pennsylvania
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Day shift, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (specific days to be confirmed)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility, transfers, bathing, dressing, and grooming while promoting dignity
- Document resident care and communicate changes to the nursing team promptly
- Support a safe, clean environment by following infection control and safety protocols
- Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver person-centered care
- Engage residents socially and emotionally to enhance quality of life
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Previous experience as a CNA is a plus but enthusiastic new grads are welcome
- Ability to pass facility background check and required health screenings
- Reliable, professional, and patient-focused approach to care
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Current CNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in assisting with ADLs, transfers, and basic resident care
- Ability to accurately take and record vital signs
- Familiarity with documentation best practices and attention to detail
- Knowledge of infection control, resident safety, and HIPAA privacy basics
- Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and take direction from nursing staff
