Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, days to be confirmed (Evening shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, supporting dignity and comfort
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs and changes in resident status accurately
- Document care in the patient record clearly and promptly
- Communicate effectively with nurses, therapists, and family members about resident needs
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents
- Support admissions, discharges, and resident transitions with care and professionalism
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or required depending on facility
- Proof of required immunizations and ability to pass background checks
- Recent experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate patient-first attitude
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent, and active CNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in assisting with ADLs and safe patient transfers
- Comfortable taking and documenting vital signs
- Familiarity with infection control and standard precautions
- Good charting skills and basic electronic health record familiarity
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to follow care plans
