Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients, supporting dignity and comfort
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, feeding, mobility, and toileting
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly
- Document care accurately and timely in the patient record
- Support safe transfers and use proper body mechanics to protect patients and staff
- Follow facility infection control, safety, and privacy protocols consistently
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver person-centered care
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
- Active BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain prior to start (preferred)
- Ability to work the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift and adapt to assignment-specific scheduling
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable with patient lifting/transfer procedures and basic clinical tasks
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic patient care and activities of daily living
- Familiarity with infection control practices and charting/documentation
- Ability to observe and report changes in patient status
- Good interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and the care team
- Time management skills to prioritize care during shift
