Shift Type: Sunday-Tuesday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Day shift (alternate schedule option: Thursday-Saturday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality mental health assessments and evidence-based interventions
- Deliver individual and group therapy tailored to the correctional population
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and treatment planning
- Conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention with professionalism and calm
- Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation and meet regulatory standards
- Support program development and contribute to a positive therapeutic environment
Qualifications
- Licensed Psychologist (PSY) in good standing, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - active California license required
- LMFT or LPCC credential holders will also be considered
- Experience or comfort working in forensic or correctional settings is a plus
- Strong clinical assessment and evidence-based treatment skills
- Ability to work the scheduled rotation including weekends as noted
Education
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) for Psychologist roles
- Master of Social Work (MSW) for LCSW candidates; relevant master’s for LMFT/LPCC
Knowledge & Skills
- Clinical knowledge of mental health diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic modalities
- Skilled in individual and group psychotherapy and crisis management
- Competence with clinical documentation and regulatory requirements
- Collaborative communication with clinical and custody staff
- Trauma-informed care and risk assessment expertise
