Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care and clinical oversight during the evening shift
• Coordinate and supervise nursing activities as the RN Supervisor Monday through Friday
• Assess patient conditions, implement nursing interventions, and document outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure smooth transitions of care
• Mentor and support staff to maintain a positive, patient-centered environment
• Communicate clearly with patients and families to deliver compassionate care

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Experience in clinical nursing and prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
• Ability to work consistent evening shifts and support a weekday supervisor role
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Medication administration and documentation proficiency
• Leadership and team coordination as an RN Supervisor
• Effective communication with patients, families, and clinical staff
• Time management and prioritization during a busy evening shift
• Basic familiarity with electronic medical records and charting
