Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately within your scope of practice
- Assess resident condition, monitor vital signs, and promptly report changes to the care team
- Document resident care and progress clearly and timely in the electronic health record
- Support individualized care plans and collaborate with RNs, physicians, and therapists
- Educate residents and families about care plans, medication, and safety tips
- Promote a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection control and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Current and active LPN license (required) — Pennsylvania licensure preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable working evening shifts and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
- Previous long-term care or acute care experience preferred but new grads with strong clinical skills are welcome to apply
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN diploma or certificate)
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid knowledge of medication administration and documentation practices
- Familiarity with common nursing assessments and vital sign interpretation
- Competence using electronic health records and completing accurate charting
- Good clinical judgment, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Ability to provide compassionate care and effective patient/family education
- Team-oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills
