Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and deliver safe, high-quality in-center dialysis care for chronic kidney patients
- Educate patients and families about their dialysis treatments and self-care in an approachable way
- Supervise and mentor Dialysis Technicians to ensure safe and effective treatments
- Adjust treatment plans per standing orders and monitor patient responses closely
- Administer medications and perform ongoing patient assessments to catch issues early
- Collaborate with nephrologists, dietitians, social workers and the care team to coordinate comprehensive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and clinic processes
- Document care accurately and communicate changes in patient status to the care team
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure from the WA State Board of Nursing or a Compact RN license
- Current BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (previous dialysis experience required)
- Comfort supervising dialysis technicians and working within standing orders
- Ability to work at multiple clinic locations and be flexible with AM/PM shift scheduling
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient-centered care
Knowledge & Skills
- In-center and chronic dialysis care principles
- Patient assessment and monitoring during dialysis treatments
- Medication administration and treatment plan adjustments
- Patient education techniques tailored to nephrology patients
- Quality improvement processes and care team collaboration
- Experience with acute and ambulatory nursing environments is a plus
- Ability to work across multiple clinic sites and adapt to varying workflows
